We installed and commissioned a 99kW Solar System for Ian Ashcroft’s local IGA store.
project goals
In Orange we needed some structural engineering both for the crane operations and to cater for snow load- yes snow load. Unsurprising after the recent Snow Season.
In addition to special engineering support, we also jacked the panels up to 20 degrees to ensure dust storms from the West would be flushed when a low crept through.
This Project was completed in 2014 for a budget of $85K to date we regularly provide updates on the systems performance to Ian on the performance of his asset.
the result
The result is that Ian enjoys a competitive advantage in having reduced his operation expenses by over $25K a year since this installation was commissioned.
